• How does a Spiritual Development Session work?

This has been an ability I have had my entire life, now refined by tools learned through both formal education and self-study. Essentially what happens in this session is I listen to your issue, question, unwanted pattern or behavior, and then we discuss it in depth as I offer intuitive suggestions and a 360 degree, often 20,000 foot view of the situation.

This shift in perspective often helps clients get unstuck and begin moving forward again from a conscious-mind starting point.

• What do people use this type of session for?

There are generally two paths my Spiritual Development clients present. One, they want to begin to explore or deepen their spiritual journey, they're struggling with a specific issue, they need help navigating a general period of their life, or just have a desire to change or shift their circumstances. Or two, they already have a deep spiritual practice and are aware of some intuitive abilities, and are looking for help to develop those further.

This type of session is a great choice for someone already working with a conventional therapist who feels stuck in their healing journey.

• Why are there two different options for this session (single & 3-month program)?

For some people, a single session is sufficient to loosen what felt stuck and they can move forward on their own. Many also like to use this less expensive option to see if it works for them before committing to a larger investment.

 

For others, they feel they would benefit from a longer-form program that allows them space to really move through their situation or growth point in a slower, more measured way. And for some, the added benefit of text access with me during regular business hours provides comfort and a quicker response as things arise on their path.​

• How do I purchase the 3-Month Package - I don't see a link online?

If you feel like this would be a good fit for you, you can email me or call the shop, and we can discuss. At that point, I will invoice you for the package or simply charge it (with written/emailed permission) if you have a card on file with me already. Once that goes through, you can begin scheduling your sessions by visiting the booking site and choosing Spiritual Development (3-Month Mentorship). This allows the booking system to keep track of how many sessions you've used from your package, and avoids you accidentally being charged for a single session.
