About the event
In this class we will dive into the practice of Shielding.
We will discuss information and myths around this practice, and you will then be led through a Shield Discovery Meditation.
There will be time allowed post-meditation for you to journal about what came up for you, and to draw or sketch your Shield you wish (supplies provided). When all feel complete in this exercise, we will discuss how to invoke your Shield every day to better manage your energy field.
