About the event
In this class we explore in-depth what it means to work with our Shadow in an authentic and productive way to enhance our spiritual journey.
After a short instruction & discussion period, you will move into a private journaling exercise (journal & pencil provided). When all students feel complete in that exercise, the class will be guided through a gentle, integrative meditation.
There will be time at the end of class for sharing if you so desire, but it is by no means mandatory.
