About the event
As you relax in zero-gravity chairs, you’ll be gently guided by Hypnotherapist Jeni Archer to explore your Past Lives.
Basic instructions will be given at the start to assist you on your journey, and you will then be taken through the meditation before being offered space and silence for a period of time to just notice what you notice and feel what you feel as you travel.
After being brought back to center by Jeni, there will be discussion and sharing if you wish.
