Relax in the Gathering Space on our comfy seating or choose a zero-gravity chair to recline in and enjoy a healing and centering Guided Meditation led by Marybeth Hallinan, alongside a gentle sonic immersion with singing bowls and humming/vocal toning.
All are invited to join in the humming, though it is not required! Tea and conversation following for those interested.
